Open the config.toml file in the Heimdall configuration directory (<path-to-heimdall>/config/config.toml) using your preferred editor.
Locate the line that begins with:
persistent_peers =
Replace the existing value with the following:

Save and close the file.
Open the config.toml file in the Bor configuration directory (<path-to-bor>/config.toml) using your preferred editor.
Inside the [p2p] section, update the static-nodes parameter to:
